Featuring a natural cooling design, it eliminates the need for water pipes, completely eliminating the risk of leaks and reducing bill of materials (BOM) costs. With an IP67 dust and water resistance rating, it effectively resists monsoon rains and road dust, maintaining stable performance even in extreme heat.

4. Powerful controller equipped with CAN 2.0B communication

The controller operates on a low-voltage power supply range of 9~16V DC and uses a standard CAN2.0B interface, enabling seamless integration with the Battery Management System (BMS), instrument panel, and Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), significantly simplifying the vehicle development process. It has a rated current of 100A and a peak current of 450A, achieving instantaneous high power output; the operating temperature range covers -40℃ to 55℃. The overall weight is approximately 23kg to 28kg, striking a balance between lightweight design and mechanical strength.

The high-efficiency PMSM motor extends driving range with the same battery capacity, reducing the frequency of charging for drivers. The simplified structure results in a lower failure rate and easier maintenance, improving end-user satisfaction and vehicle brand reputation.
